Technogroom Service Centre

Our Laube Approved Service Centre has the facilities parts and experience to keep your Laube clippers running and ensure that they keep on doing so. We maintain a stock of parts for all of the clippers we sell and if required can obtain parts for less common clippers by special order.

As well as clippers we also provide an aftersales service facility for most of the equipment that we sell. After clippers the next most common item is dryers. As with clippers we maintain a stock of dryer parts.

We have a set service fee for the labour carried out, this includes fault finding, repair work and after repair testing. Parts required are charged individually and itemised on your receipt. Clippers are returned via an insured courier service for a set charge. In order to properly cost the parts for a repair we will fit and test these to give as accurate an estimate as possible, however, you are welcome to have any items returned unrepaired at any time with any new parts removed.

Please note that an inspection charge of £20 may be charged if you decide not to go ahead and return postage will apply if unrepaired items are to be returned.

With any clipper or blaster/dryer in professional use we would recommend at least an annual service, blasters/clippers in very heavy use should at least be checked every 6 months. Regular maintenance will ensure that your equipment lasts longer and performs as it should.

When sending/getting an item collected, please ensure that it is securely packaged in a rigid cardboard box and that you include your contact details along with details of any problems/work that you require. Most accessories do not need to be sent, however, it is helpful to check your clipper with one of your own blades, or if the item is battery operated, we can check the item, charger and battery together.

When collecting we normally book collection for the following working day, between 8:30 and 17:30 via Parcelforce who will bring a label with them. It is not possible to specify a specific time for the collection.
