This fee covers the cost of arranging collection of your equipment for inspection or repair.

⚠️ Please note:
This fee covers collection only and does not cover the cost of return delivery after repair.
If a return delivery charge is required, this will be confirmed with you before your repaired equipment is sent back.

What Happens Next

1. Complete payment using this page – this generates an order number.

2. Your RMA reference will be shown in your order confirmation email in the format:
   RMA + your order number (Example: RMA1234)

3. Use your RMA reference when booking your return via the Royal Mail Tracked Returns Portal.
   (Link provided after checkout in your confirmation email)

Royal Mail Size & Weight Guidelines (for Standard Returns)

Most returns can be sent using Royal Mail if:

• Maximum weight: 20 kg

• Maximum size: 61 cm x 46 cm x 46 cm

• Packaging: Must be strongly packaged for transit

If your item exceeds any of these limits, we will arrange a courier collection (e.g., Parcelforce) call us on 01555771555 after payment.
Heavy or bulky items may incur an additional charge depending on courier rates.

Warranty Repairs from Other Retailers

If your Aeolus product was purchased from another retailer, you can still use this service for warranty inspection.

• Most retailers do not cover return postage, so this collection fee must still be paid before a return can be arranged.

• A valid RMA reference is required to process any repair — even warranty claims.

Important Information

• This booking fee covers one collection only.
  If a collection fails (missed appointment, packaging issue, unsafe item), a new fee may be required.

• Items must be securely packaged before collection.

• Return delivery after repair may incur an additional charge.

• If the repair does not go ahead after collection, this fee is non-refundable.
