Mail Order/Internet
Place your order online at www.technogroom.co.uk or by telephone using all major debit or credit cards. Payment is only taken when goods are ready for despatch. If you prefer to post your payment, then you can do so by Cheque, Postal Order or Banker's Draft (please do not post cash). These should be made payable to Technogroom. We also accept payment by direct Bank Transfer and our bank details can be provided on request. Please note that we do not offer credit under any circumstances, and that orders will only be despatched upon receipt of full cleared funds.
Trade Shows
We attend many Dog Shows and Dog Grooming competitions and seminars throughout the year. Our staff are happy to advise and help with your product choices. At such events, we normally accept payment by cash, major debit/credit card or cheque (when accompanied by an appropriate guarantee card).

We are normally open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm (excluding bank holidays). Please telephone before visiting to ensure that someone will be on hand to assist.
Prices and VAT
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%. You will receive a detailed VAT receipt with your delivery. On overseas orders VAT will not be charged, providing the customer has a valid tax exemption number.
All prices are correct at the time of printing, but these may be subject to change without prior notification where necessary.
Products
Goods Out of Stock
By holding large stocks, we try to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times. Occasionally, products may become out of stock. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible, and offer you a proposed delivery date if we can.
We will only take payment when goods are in stock and due to be despatched, unless part of the order is to follow. In this case, all monies will be taken when the first part of the order is despatched, unless agreed with the customer beforehand.
Coloured Products
When a colour is to be specified, we will try our best to provide you with your first choice of colour. If a colour is unavailable, an alternative colour will be provided, where possible, to ensure that your order can be completed.
Warranty (other products) and Repairs
Warranty applies to goods sold against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months and repairs for 6 months from the time of despatch. Any alleged defect must be notified to us as soon as possible. If the defect is found to be due to defective materials or workmanship then repair will be free of charge. If subsequently after inspection and testing the responsibility for the defect is established to be due to other factors, then the repair will be chargeable. Any goods returned will be at the Customer's risk.
Where goods are returned outside of the warranty period, or for regular servicing, the goods will be inspected and a quote provided for the repair. Any repair (and return carriage) will charged to the Customer.
Goods and services are supplied on the understanding that these terms and conditions are accepted by the purchaser.
